She had to pull herself to together. She’d already made a huge mistake by calling Dayna. That dummy probably couldn’t tie her shoes without Xavier’s assistance so she wasn’t sure what she thought she could do to help her with her problems. Patience did what she always did in a crisis. She headed for her hidden stash of prescription and illegal drugs. By the time Dayna arrived, she would be able to think rationally. Everything would be fine.
